As excited as we are about all the projects supported in 2003, we have working harder than ever to make 2004 even more successful.
- Sharing the GlobalGiving experience. Thanks to hundreds of generous donors, GlobalGiving was able to
attract funding for hundreds of projects. Over the next few months, we'll follow up on those donations and highlight
the tremendous impact that some of these initiatives are having on the developing world.
- Working with others that follow HP's lead. Over the past few years, HP has shown that companies and
their employees can play a significant role in international aid. Programs like GlobalGiving give additional
giving options to their employees, strengthen HP's brand and, most importantly, have a tremendous positive impact
on the developing world. Other companies are watching. GlobalGiving just signed
a partnership with VISA International, and is in
negotiations with several others.
